Helfrey Hall is available for rental to all members of the local community. Whether you
are planning a small, intimate wedding, or inviting the whole family to your baptismal
celebration Helfrey Hall can accommodate your needs.
Helfrey Hall has an approximate capacity of 300 people and is equipped with all the
necessary tables, chairs, and basic kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator and
electric stove.
The rental fees for Helfrey Hall are as followed:
- Four (4) Hour rental (weekends): $350
- All day rental on Friday and Saturday: $500 per day
- 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM week night rental
(Monday-Thursday): $200
- 3 hour rentals for Baby and Wedding Showers
Sundays Only: $150
- Special Events Fee (Insurance) $90
- Deposit to hold date: $200 non-refundable
(Will be accredited to rental balance)
- Extra Clean-up/Damage Deposit: $200
(Refundable if no damages are done to the hall)
- Security $29 per hour
No alcohol allowed for baptisms, quinceañeras or any other child-related/focused event.
