Our Lady of Peace Parish

St. Stephen's Gymnasium was proudly named Helfrey Hall on June 28, 2003 after Fr.
Donald Helfrey, Our Lady of Peace's pastor for six years.

Helfrey Hall is available for rental to all members of the local community. Whether you
are planning a small, intimate wedding, or inviting the whole family to your baptismal
celebration Helfrey Hall can accommodate your needs.

Helfrey Hall has an approximate capacity of 300 people and is equipped with all the
necessary tables, chairs, and basic kitchen appliances, including a refrigerator and
electric stove.

The rental fees for Helfrey Hall are as followed:

• Four (4) Hour Rental (weekend): $350
• All day rental on Friday & Saturday: $500 per day
• 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM week night rental (Monday-Thursday): $200
• Three (3) hours for Baby or Wedding showers (Sunday Only): $150
• Special Events Fee (Insurance): $90
• Deposit to hold date: $200 non-refundable
• Extra Clean-Up/Damage Deposit: $200
• Security: $29 per hour
